Where do you begin?
Do you mean how do you get exposure? Or How to play raggae?
What instruments do you play? i cah help w/ guitar, or music theory. As far as Exposure. record yourself (fostex makes decent recording stuff for cheap$) then make all your friends listen to it. Go out and play in a club. If you let a record label promote you, you will have no controll over your image or music. DIY is the best route. you reach fewer people and work harder, but you maintain controll and make a much better profit.
