How much do you spend a month on your pet, either a dog or a cat? I

I have 4 pets - 2 dogs and 2 cats. I spend about $125/month on food alone. I also buy them treats and toys which probably adds about $30/month. They don't go to the vet all the time but I regularly budget about $100/month for vet bills or medicine that they may need. Those furballs eat better than me!
Some months it is less but some months it is much more. I spent about $1500 in vet bills for one of my dogs last November and the other dog just had a $250 neurologist appointment. It just averages out. I have to spend more on food because one has food allergies and has to have a special diet. I really don't have to buy them treats and toys all the time but I'm a sucker for big brown eyes! We live where fleas are prevalent so they are all on Advantage which gets really expensive too.

If you don't count vet bills, per dog I spend about 20 -25 dollars. I have 3 dogs. So, about 60 to 75 dollars a month, and that includes food.

His food (dog) costs 15 dollars for a 20lb bag and that lasts 3 months max. Then his shots and heart worm at the beginning of spring costs about $100 for a blood test, shots and a years supply of heart worm. I also have a dog park membership that is $25 a year so he can exercise.

I have an American Pitt Bull Terrier, though small in stature. I spend about $70 a month, averaged over 12 months.

Too much... my cat for example loses all the mice. So I have to keep replacing them. She is a good hider of the mice. Anyway between litter, food, and essentials (litter liners, catnip)... I would say no more than $20-30 give or take.

It depends. I don't usually have to buy dog food because she's little, and her toys we don't use often. But I buy her alot of clothes so usually 100 dollars..125 including food.
