Raccoons will eat ducks, chickens, geese, turkeys, and other smaller animals including rabbits.
I really hate coons because they will chew through wire, hold a bird down, and proceed to eat it alive. Last year, I had some half grown chickens in an all wire cage. I had heavy wire up to 4 feet tall. The coon climbed up higher and chewed through the upper wire made of chicken wire. He ended up killing all of my 16 chickens, including 2 ducks that I had in the same cage. I could see the bite marks where he ate part of the neck, wing or the breast, and then did it to all of the other birds. He ate very little, and just killed them because he could. These poor birds suffered terribly before they died.
Years ago, I heard the dog barking. Sneaking outside, I heard a baby rabbit squeal. I ran to the rabbit cage just in time to see a big coon run up a tree and hear the bunny crying out in pain from being in the coon's mouth. The coon dropped the bunny from the tree top, minus it's head.

Another year in the spring, I had a muscovy duck hen setting on eggs. Her mate stood guard. Muscovy males are twice as big as the females, and this male probably weighed 12 pounds, with powerful wings that could break your fingers if you bothered him.The next day when I was outside, I noticed blood all over his neck and body. The coon tried to rip his throat out, and his voice was never the same. Either he got the coon to let loose of his neck by hitting it, or his mate and the other muscovy ducks came to his rescue and chased the coon away. The eggs were saved and hatched out later. The dad duck was hurt so bad, that he never fully recovered and died that fall.

Every year I lose ducklings and full grown chickens to coons. I rarely lose full grown ducks to coons because they are awake at night and can usually get away. Chickens can't see in the dark like ducks, and fall prey to coons.

I always have a box trap set for coons, except in the winter when the snow prevents the trap from closing.

I have read that raccoons will eat small birds and amphibians. They have plants and fruit in their diet as well. A duck seems a bit big for a raccoon, but maybe?

Raccoons will prey on anything... they are scavangers like a vulture. As long as it was/is living it's dinner.
