No, it is all soft tissue. However, there is a medical condition known as a Fractured Penis, which can occur if the penis experiences blunt trauma while erected. If you're serious, get it checked out - there can be some serious problems associated with this!

There is no bone in the human penis. It contains two spongy tubes called corpora carvernosa. When these fill with blood, the penis grows and becomes harder (i.e. erect). When erect, it is not easy to bend the penis, however, if enough pressure is applied, it will 'break'. The sound of a crack may or may not be heard, depending on the amount of damage done. The damage will mostly be done to the corpora carvernosa and internal bleeding will occur. The penis may get bruised (depending on the level of damage to it) and it will be tender until it has healed. Once healed, due to scar tissue formation in the corpora carvernosa, the penis is likely to misshapen. Also, the scar tissue will result in the corpora carvernosa not being uniformly filled with blood to produce an erection. Erection may not occur (resulting in impotence) or, if it does occur, it will be much weaker than before. A fractured penis will, very likely, never be the same again. The human body is more fragile than you might have thought.

The human penis does not have an actual bone in it.
However, there is a bone known as the baculum that many animals do possess including but not limited to:
walrus
cat
raccoon
seal
chimps
and more

It has no bones, but the vascular tissue inside it can be broken. See a doctor.

no, it doesn't have bones, but it is possible to break it. You would be in extreme pain & would have to go to the ER immediatley if this happened.
