the water full of spoon race. you take a bucket of water place it on a chair or stump put a glass on another stool or chair devide the kids into 2 teams and see who can fill the class the most give them 3 minutes to fill their class up the team that has the fullest glass wins.

Tie a ballon on each childs ankle, holler "GO!". They all try to break each other's ballons...last one left wins!
For 2 teams: pass an orange from under the leaders chin to the next kid in line, all the way to the end. If you drop it, start over..1st team done wins.

The pototo sack race, hula hoop contest, pin the tail on the donkey, etc. etc. You could also get a pinata, and put candy or small toys in it.

You could try sack races or water-balloon tosses, eating contests ("who can eat the most hot dogs in five minutes" type), or frisbee throwing.
