Does Yahoo Travel offer an email alert on special fares like Travelocity does. If so I want to know how to do

It probably does, but you might as well stick with travelocity, as thats whats behind yahoo travel...

Go to "Yahoo Alerts" and select "Best Fares" and they will send you alerts either by, email, mobile, IM or all. Your choice. Good luck.
