The fetus is then pulled down the birth canal until it has been entirely birthed except the head. Surgical scissors are forced into the base of the fetal skull while the fetus is lodged in the birth canal. This blind procedure risks maternal injury from laceration of the uterus or cervix by the scissors and could result in severe bleeding and the threat of shock or even maternal death. A suction apparatus is introduced into the hole in the base of the skull and the fetus' brains are removed through aspiration.
Pretty gross, huh? Makes you wonder if you would like to have that done to you (I don't think so). If that is the case, why are so many people having this done to their babies?

The question wasn't geared towards whether or not it was gross (because it is gross), but whether or not you would like to have a pair of scissors stuck into the back of your temple and then have your brains sucked through a straw.
Open heart surgery saves lives, and I'm sure the separation of twins saved a life also. Clinton (if he was so smart) why not state in his bill to be proposed that abortion should be performed IF and ONLY IF delivering the child will endanger the life of the mother. Supreme Court can find a loophole in that.

This is a sick form of MURDER. And it has an obvious risk to the pregnant woman as stated above. Where did you get this quote? I'd like to use it as a reference for anyone I know that considers abortion. I had a friend and a cousin that did it, but I don't know the methods used. This method above, it's called "partial birth abortion" and it is done at a late stage of pregnancy. My personal belief is that all kinds of abortion is murder and that if you don't want to have a baby, either practice abstinance, when that's not possible use any TWO forms of birth control like pills and condoms, and then if you get pregnant, give the baby to a woman that wants a baby instead of killing it, otherwise known as ADOPTION.

So many don't have it done. Clinton tried his best to make sure partial birth abortion was banned properly but the republican congress wouldn't protect the life of the mother. They wanted to be able to paint Clinton as proabortion.
Clinton told them that if they didnt put that clause in the bill protecting the life of the mother that it would never pass the Supreme Court. He knew this but they played politics and now partial birth abortion still exist.
When Bush became president they banned it and JUST LIKE CLINTON predicted, the supreme court overruled it BECAUSE, exacly like Clinton said, it did not protect the life of the mother.
So, if this upsets you, you only have the republican party to blame for letting it continue.

should we ban heart surgery? it's gross too.
most medical procedures are extremely unpleasant. some are downright risky. was it wrong to separate the conjoined twins in china? one died, so does that mean that she was murdered?
the act itself is totally disgusting. but is that enough to make it wrong? that is counter to everything in human history, there is always more to consider than simply the act itself.
if it is ever the best option, the one that results in saving the mothers life or fertility, then it should be ultimately her decision. because she and the dr are definitely less blind than i am, when i just say it's too gross without knowing anything else about what's at stake.

This is illegal and you will go to jail. You can be sued, your property taken away and you'll be publicly humiliated.
IF it's a dog, cat, bird, rat...
If it's done to a HUMAN, it's called a fundamental right.

Clinton is pro-abortion. His idea of protecting the health of the woman included if she felt good, was slightly depressed, had a bad hair day and to deny a parent their basic right to be responsible for the health of their minor children,
