Slow down as in wait before having sex? Stick to your principles and communicate what you want (i.e. not till marriage, committed relationship, etc.). When it comes to sex, girls are in control so take it. Assert yourself and you will be heard.

not quite sure what you are asking?
do you mean go slow before sex or go slower while doing sex?
foreplay is the answer lots and lots and lots of it - aim for 3 or 4 orgasims while foreplaying prior to any penetration
and if you cant manage that and must go fast and furious - just get that out of the way and repeat but slower this time!!!
