sometimes it is towards guys too, but mainly girls.

even if i like the girl at first, even just as a friend, the situation is usually followed by thoughts of hurting her physically or emotionally, and gaining pleasure from it. but these thoughts make me feel uncomfortable, unless i have a dislike for the person anyway.

i've had a few bad expieriences with girls in the past, but it never even got to the dating stage.

Its a sadistic tendancy and congratulations for recognising it instead of pretending its ok and acting it out. The fact that you feel this way towards men as well as women suggest that this is non-sexual sadism.
Please do yourself a favour and keep looking for appropriate help until you find it. If you can figure out whats the trigger for the fantasy you're on your way to dealing with it. Is there something that all those people had in common, or did it happen at a certain stage of 'closeness'?
Try cognitive behaviour therapy, there are many different types of therapy available but this is the most practical. It deals with the behaviour rather than delving into the causes.

The good news is that these thoughts make you feel uncomfortable; and you're not acting them out. You realise that you don't want to feel this way and thats the first step towards fixing the problem.

Well you exude all the classic signs of being abused, abusing someone else, or abusing yourself which of the three I dont know . One thing is for sure if it is not any of these it was a strong female figure in your life that hurt you seriously and you feel contempt towards all women now. I have to tell you go back and look at your life where is the answer? If you can figure out where you learned these pattern behaviors you can find an answer. Even watching abuse on women will do that and you feel that way because it is instilled in your mind that maybe the person was weak and didnt fight back and it made you mad. The answer is sitting right in this paragraph and you know it. Stop being mad at every other female and figure out why your mad, if you don't you are going to end up hurting someone that you really care about. Sound familiar?

Here's a visualisation that might help you when you start having the thoughts your uncomfortable with imagine a big heavy metal bin put the thoughts into the bin now this takes talent but imagine in as great a detail as you can, kicking this bin into outer space .gone bye bye.Now maybe you have a sensitive nature and an emotional hurt that a female inflicted on you went deeper with you. maybe your very religious guy . I doesn't really matter how you became so hurt but if you don't deal with it now your life wont be happy ,so you fell down hurt yourself haven't we all, deal. Your too uptight and you need to stop playing with your self , if you are because this would add to your frustrations . Now kiss your knee all better or use the bin technique, here i will send you a kiss . There are women in the world that love kissing and love men . You just need to recognise which lady best suits you if you go for a whore then expect whore mentality. love yourself more and find love. Whats better making love all the time laughing and playing or bad thoughts and frustration. Just keep telling yourself your bloody marvellous and they'd be luck to have you. best wishes and blessing

Seriously, some of the advice and the messages here can be a bit tongue-in-cheek but please go to your GP (doctor) at the next possible time.
Most surgeries will see emergency patients without an appointment on some mornings of the week.
They may call it the drop-in surgery.
Alternatively you can call the NHS Helpline on:
0845 4647
Go online to:
http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/
The Samaritains can also be of help because they have every resource number you can think of:
http://www.samaritans.org.uk/
08457 90 90 90, for the cost of a local call.

Please get help now.
You are exhibiting early signs of what could develop into seriously antisocial behaviour.
All calls to the above numbers or visits to health professionals will be absolutely confidential and they will value the fact that you have contacted them.
They will point you in the right direction for proper counselling as it could well be that you have some deep-rooted issues.

I wish you well.

Admitting your fantasies of abuse is a good first step towards finding a solution, and you should get professional help in resolving the problem before you become a danger to yourself and, especially, to others.

You need to seek professional help. Seriously. A therapist can help you figure out why you are feeling this way, and what you need to do to fix it. If you don't get help now, then your compulsion to harm someone may get worse, and who knows what will happen!

Listen to some of the others--go counsel with someone, whether it's through a school or someone else. Don't listen to the jerks--get help.

Were you abused or was your mother abused? These could be behaviors that you subconciously learned from growing up. In any event, you should seek counselling. I don't think you'll be happy until you get over this.
