In my opinion, there is a difference between being a cannibal and cannibalism. If you were a cannibal, you would want human flesh for every meal (or at least once a day). Cannibalism is simply the act of eating the flesh of another of your species. If you unknowing ingested human flesh, you have participated in the act of cannibalism, but that does not necessarily make you a "cannibal."
It's a fine line, but it's there.

No, i don't think so. I chew my fingernails, and I don't consider myself a cannibal. I think eating another person for sustenance would be required. Just my opinion.
