Carrie Underwood was a poor small town girl and look at her now. I know she sang, I think, in Van Buren,Arkansas before her American Idol days. My daughters boss was managing her career then. My daughter said she should have gotten her autograph when she had the chance because she went to hear her sing a few times. She told me I knew that girl would go far. We watched her on American Idol and was hoping she would win.
