apparently this question has already been asked a bunch of times but I don't think I can get the info I need from the answers already presented. I want to buy my wife a dress as part of a home coming gift but I can't just ask her because it would ruin the surprise. Also I am away from home so I can't just sneak a look at one of the tags of her other clothes. I do know she is 5' 4", about 105 lbs and a 34 B. so is she a size 0? 12? 20? what ? Help please.

Depends on the brand, model, etc. That's why you can exchange clothes: buy her something approximate, but keep in mind she'll likely have to go back to the store.

34B is about 32" bust. With her height and weight, I'd say she's about 32"-22"-32", which translates to a size 0-2 (XS). If you buy at a high end place, the sizes fit bigger (vanity sizing) so buy her a size 0.

I'd say about a size 0 or a 1

It really depends on her waist size because bigger hips can lead to a bigger size. I would say a 2, but you should just go look and when you see the sizes Im sure you will be able to come close. IMPORTANT NOTE!! if you are stuck choosing between two sizes, go with the SMALLER one!!! If you get a dress larger than the size she is, she may be offended! Anyways, I am sure that she will be really happy with the attempt! Its the thought that counts! =)

there are distinctive wonderful flat shoes available awesome now. considering that you're so tiny, stay sparkling of too lots quantity on your clothing b/c it truly is going to quite make you look shorter. those wonderful cropped jackets with tanks lower than may enlarge your torso, and help play it up once you've were given a small bust. without delay leg jeans in darkish colours will save the eyes shifting up.

Smaller than a seven, for sure. How much smaller depends on her hip to waist ratio. Why don't you just keep the receipt so she can exchange it if it's the wrong size.
