Make sure you take as many acting classes as you can, get yourself in theatre productions and then you can probably go where these things happen....Hollywood? But if you just wanna be famous, you could just be stupid and drunk and be as famous as Paris Hilton :)...though you are probably much smarter than that.

Whatever you want to do you have to set goal and strive hard to achieve your dream...in your case you should set up some small immediate goals to start. Ex., if you have certain talent and want to show the world and let them know why not find out some local clubs wiith open mike night. If you cannot stand in front of people and perform live, whether it's singing or acting then your chance of becoming famous is rare. Join Drama club, take thearter and try to get leading roles would be a good start. Later on down the line you can consider of auditioning for local community thearter or something. There's always something going on in your town or community but you just have to check the papers and read more and be observant on what's going on around your town. When you have your self confident built up then the better you get and you won't have a problem persuing your dreams. Check on disney website to see maybe if there's any open audition coming near your town or city. You might have to do a little research on your part. Whatever you do, never sign up or pay for anything you are not comfortable about., ex., acting class, modeling agencies etc., unless they are well reputable companies. Even if you did signed up they cannot gaurantee that you will become famouse. It's ALL ABOUT YOU.

First, why would you want to be famous? It's much better to be rich and totally unknown. Think of the problems 'celebrities' have, not being able to go anywhere without everyone bothering them. What a royal pain!
Having a private life is vastly underrated. Essentially the way film stars, for example, get their money, includes their loss of privacy; a large extra price they pay...
If all that means nothing to you, get acting classes and experience, then get yourself an agent in Holllywood.
