I keep getting emails from young pups saying how hot I am. I politely try to let them down easy.....lol
They continue till I have to pull out my guns and tell them if they think grannies are sexy. Did you ever see anyone run like that, I tell ya!! LOLOL

The term "cougar" is so unflattering I find. Sounds like someone constantly on the prowl.

You work it girl. My grandmother was barely five feet tall, if that. She had triceps(backs of her arms) that had lives of their own. They shook like jello. She used a walker to get around on. She was a dutiful Norwegian girl who had seven children and several miscarriages. The only thing my grandfather was good at was procreating. She suffered his lustful advances in silence. Living on a farm in North Dakota offered few diversions. I loved her. She was a kid in an old woman's body. She loved to bake bread. Today's granny is far different, as you are an example of. I can see why you get noticed by the younger set. You have spirit. Spirit and an attitude that is timeless. The old adage " You are only as old as you feel." certainly holds true with you.

I agree, I too am a sexy Grandma. I like the attention and I don't dress like a 'cougar' either. Well, at least I don't think I do. You just have to take one look at Goldie Hawn. She is in her 50's and looks better than any 30 year old woman out there. I think it has to do with confidence. She says, "50 is the new 30!" I agree with her. We don't have to roll over and play dead. This ol' granny has a few tricks still left up her sleeve.

I don't see why they can't be - you can get attractive grannies just like you can get attractive young people. Also, you really don't have to be that old to be a granny... I mean, say you hit puberty and get knocked up at 14, then your kid does the same - you could be a granny at 30!

(1) Someone wearing less than required amount of clothing - hence showing off their appealing body parts such as lean stomach, well-shaped legs, etc. (2) Someone who has a flirtateous attitude and talks in a sultry voice - only during "appropriate" times. And not all the times - that would be a whore/manwhore! (3) Something/Someone that can turn someone else on. (4) Kissable pink lips are sexy. :D

Well, I'm no granny (never had the kids), but old enough to be one -- and I get hit on too, in person, no less. Husband's not so happy. But I figure a little looking never hurt, did it? Just don't be shoving any!

I have a friend who is 31 and he wrote a song called "the forty and above" the song is about older women...he calls them Cougars. He thinks cougars are DAMN SEXY!
