Becareful with yourself and put some antibiotic ointment on it, otherwise you will have to tell your parents if it gets infected. Make sure your hands are CLEAN when masterbating or you will surely get the raw area all infected and be headed to the doctor!!!

I don't know, its never happened to me. Try not to irritate it, and give it a rest for awhile, you'll probably be fine.
