Reasons why you shouldn't even buy a fake:
1. Your counterfeit purchase supports illegal activity, including terrorism
2. Shoddy, inferior craftsmanship
3. A "good" fake will cost you several hundred dollars alone
4. No resale value whatsoever!
5. Fakes keep the prices of authentic items rising (trademark owner's lost revenue), hence why LV's are so expensive.
6. Stealing another person's design (copyright infringement) for your own profit is just wrong
7. You aren't fooling anyone--people know that bag is fake! (seriously.)

Honey, what makes you think you have to explain anything to anyone? You've got a really good fake. So, what? Pat yourself on the back for not buying the over priced original. If you want to do yourself a favor, next time you buy a purse get a $$$$ one without the logo. Class and breeding don't need to be announced by someone else's initials. Use your own. Think Beacon Hill and Beekman Place.

yes it is a real purse! LOL instead of focusing on the authenticity of it focus on the beauty of it and how much you love it. most people will follow the lead in the change in the conversation quite easily. If people want to know where you got it just say you got it in this really neat little place in NY! there are ways around everything without being dishonest.

If you are wealthy enough to buy a real one, why do you carry a fake one?
As for people who ask, just counter with "what do you think?" and leave them hanging with that.

Dang girl...the real issue here is why do you care? Not how do you tell people its fake!!! Keeping it real is the only way to go no matter who you are , or where you are from!!!

i became advised that the measurements are diverse on the faux ones. a number of the faux ones have sorts and hues that LV hasn't ever created. each and every thing else is supposedly a similar.

Don't tell them. Just say thanks for the compliment and go on! What is it any of their business if it's real, or fake anyway? That is just rude to ask someone that!

The exchange should go like this:
Other person: "Oh my God! Is that a real Louis Vuitton?"
You: "Of course! What else?"

I would cut anyone out of your life who is shallow enough to care whether it's real or not.
