Depends on the general demographics of wherever you are in the United States.
Russians, Eastern Europeans, Chinese, Thai, Hispanics, and of course many more can be found in almost any major city in America. Asians more on the West Coast, Hispanics in California and Southwest, Russians on the West Coast and New England.

I don't know of any places in Texas.
But, you may be right about the Hispanics.
I do know that the guys from Mexico use them.
There are a lot more of them than blacks where I live so
my perspective is scued.
I also see a lot of white women that look like druggies walking around in some areas.
I really don't see why it matters what race they are.
It is probably a factor of economic circumstance rather than a racial defect or a cultural tradition.

i really would have to say the hispanic woman are....but i have heard of a lot of black women that is really popular in that profession.....and they go out with white men....it is really a degrading thing i would think.. i do not know if they do it for the money or just that they are so drugged up.. i can not figure it out.. i would not do anything like that for all the money in the world...
