you dont want to eat unhealthy foods lyk mcdonalds or burger king just to get fat.... eat right ... lyk you can eat white bread, whole milk, rice...ect... lyk instead of getting the diet drinks or milk make sure you get the regular... they also have smothie king... if u have a smoothie king near u , u should try ordering the hulk... the hulk is a healthy smoothie for your body that contains a lot of yeast ..... yeast is good for your body but very fattining...... DO NOT TAKE PILLS..... pills will get you a little fat BUT it leads to CANCER.....pills are very unheathy for you... just make sure u eat right and have about 3 meals and snacks in between

Stick to high protein, low (saturated) fat foods like tuna fish (and other seafood), chicken breast, turkey, lean meats, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, flax seed oil, etc.WATER! Drink water!but it's that water that will give you the energy you need to gain that weight! Sleep! YES! Sleep! The easiest, yet most over looked step. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. You're gonna need it!

I am also 5 ft. 2 in. When I got married 21 years ago, I only weighed 95 pounds. I am now in my 40's, I've had 4 children, and I'm still nicely shaped and a good healthy weight, although not overly thin. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. As your body matures you will naturally gain weight, but you may never need to fight extra weight as your peers will when you are my age and older.

eat lots of carbs, lean meats, dairy, fruits and veggies. stay away from sugar and junk food! it doesn't help at all. try honey if you want a sugar fix or all natrual cane sugar and try alternative healthy snacks. craving french fries? try a baked potato.there is no fast way to gain weight eating these foods-unless your pregnant...sorry but don't know what u are...but do some weight lifting. when you eat right and do some weight lifting, you gain muscle which = weight gain. even if you are a girl, you can benifit from weight lifting, trust me you won't get bulky and you would look more defined and sculpted. (again sorry if you are a dude)tell me how you do!

I love how you said 10 healthy lbs.... Eat protein and work out with weights. You should be able to add some lean muscle mass.

It is hard for me to gain weight as well so now I just build muscle. I use to be very thin and I felt horrible but then I started eating healthy and working out and I now look healthy.

You might have hperthyroid. Do you eat a lot and still not gain weight. Exercise, eat protein. Otherwise go to a doctor and have him take tests to see if you have some kind of metabolism problem.

eat plenty of proteins like eggs and lift weights to add muscle. therefore your gaining muscular weight instead of fatty weight.
