The next time you see her, accept no excuses. If they're in the washer, that's fine, go get them. You'd rather have wet clothes than no clothes. If they're at this house, that's fine, go to this house and get them. Be pleasant, but be insistent. They are your clothes, stand up for yourself and go GET them.

once you need to ask, then you definitely understand the answer. there's a observe for a majority of those individuals-FREELOADERS. be careful, by skill of regulation, once you enable someone into your position, and they have moved their property in with them, you won't be able to easily kick them out. with slightly of success they don't recognize this. they can refuse to go away, meaning you are able to ought to employ a lawyer to have them evicted. do not let them stay for more suitable than you suggested. 3 weeks, and that is it. The longer they're there, the herder it will be to get them out. also, courts supply people time to pay money they owe. This guy in all likelihood has a charge plan set up via the courts. he's bull-shitting you to get money from you. do not supply it to him. in case you experience authentic reliable about assisting him out then tell him you'll bypass to the courthouse with him and pay it, that way you recognize the position the money is going, and think ofyou've got were given a receipt that you paid it for him. If he refuses your grant then you definitely recognize which couldn't what he wanted the money for. be careful, and sturdy success!!

The truth is that it really isn't worth you worrying about it. You would be better off to just dump her as a friend and write the clothes off as an expensive lesson. One option is to try and enlist some other friends who have access to her stuff and have them see if they can get a hold of the clothes. Another option is to borrow some thing of hers of equal value and hold it hostage till you get your stuff back.

Tell her to stop making these excuses and get your clothes back no matter what she says. Go to her house and get them back...if it's in the washer, tell her that you'll be back in an hour when it's done.

This has happend to me a couple times throughout my life. I've told my "friends" to either give them back next time they see me or I don't want nothing to do with them. It worked with the people who cared, but the few who kept my sh*t were left in the dust. Just consider how people may be when you give them too much. Too many of them will take advantage of how thoughtful you are. Good luck getting your stuff back (unstretched)!!! I hate that!!! LOL!

there's no ideal, 2 way to go. 1 is take it back by force...
the another way is talk with her that u also need it(but useless)
i think u also want this world peacefull rite? if u want peacefull the their are only 1 way.. that is continues to be a friend next time dont borrow the her again or become an enemy dont talk to her and dont help her anymore...(this way your cloth wont get back anymore)

Either A) kill her, or B) let her borrow another $200 worth of clothes, but this time sprinkle cyanide inside them (odorless, tasteless, you can get it colorless too) C) all else fails, run around naked, from the looks of it, I don't think anyone will mind,

go to her room and take back your stuff. or better yet, wait until she isnt home, go over and tell her mom you left something in her room and youve come back to collect it...then take your stuff back.
or you could talk to her mom about it and ask for them back through her mom.
if you have any of the reciepts from those clothes you can call the police over to her house and show the reciepts (proof of purchase) to them and they will allow you to get your stuff back.
