While I can think of more annoying shows, Mencia's jokes aren't well delivered. He just jumps around the stage being hyper and saying, "DEE DEE DEE!" and I won't understand half the joke. And he says he's telling the truth and not stereotyping, but most of his jokes aren't true at all. The show is just a little too hyper and the sketches get boring and drawn out, plus they have strange plots for sketches.
Oh, and Chappelle is awesome. I don't see anything annoying about him. He just seems to ponder over the things I'm just curious about as well and makes weird observations and turns them into sketches. like what the internet would be like if it were an actual place.

Mind of Mencia = Comedy Central, not MTV
It's annoying because he thinks that saying 'beaner' 20 times a minute will make people laugh. Racism (or at least racial stereotypes) has lost its shock value. Carlos doesn't understand this, and bases all of his comedy off of jokes that we have all been telling for 100's of years. He's not even a real beaner/Mexican, his real name is Ned, he changed it so he could make fun of Mexicans without any reprecussions.
The most annoying show I've ever seen was Stella. 3 guys, headed by Michael Ian Black, walking around acting like 10-year olds in suits. Supposed to be funny....they thought that if you say 'fart' or mumble some gibberish while wearing a suit in a business meeting, you were completely hilarious. Dumbest garbage I've ever seen.

Yeah, he annoys me, too, but a lot of people like him. I think it's his voice that's so annoying. There are lots of others, but I don't have time to list them now, but I always thought FRIENDS was annoying, too.
