You have to give her time, and sometimes it just never goes away. You may have to write her a note or on a card or something with a sincere apology.

Send her flowers. Depending on the "joke" it may take a while. Be sure you apologize in front of her friends. They may help by telling her she should forgive you.

give her alittle space and then appologize again.... let her know it was a joke and that you didn't mean to offend/upset her...
