I think a person really know he or she is happy, when they are at peace with themselves. Meaning they don't need a person to complete them, it's better to be alone then to put with drama in a unstable boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. That's why it's so important to learn how to be settle and find someone to be with that's settle. Because if you find someone that's very settled, then theirs less drama you have to deal with.

i don't know about when you 'are' happy. but when you wake up feeling like you got hit by a bus yesterday and a bear just took a crap in your mouth, yo know you WERE happy.
