hey guys if you have ever tanned could you please explain to me how its done because i want to go to a tanning booth but i'm kinda claustrophobic like not all the time but only if i'm in a tight place so how is it when you are in the tanning booth? And is it better in a tanning booth then in the sun i mean i think a tanning booth is better because it is controlled but then if its a tight placce it would work for me so please tell me how it is ok thank you

First off I am claustrophobic as well and I never have problems with tanning. When you tan in a tanning bed you lie down and pull the top of the bed down over you. Therefore you decide how much you want the bed to be closed. A tanning booth is different; it is a tiny room you stand in that is about the size of a small elevator. The door closes completely and there are UV lamps all around you. I suggest starting off in a bed then moving to the booth. All tanning beds and booths are in separate rooms, so if you cannot stand being in a bed or booth for long you can just stop tanning in the middle of a session. When you go to a salon inform them of your phobia and have them walk you through it. Also ask them how often they clean their beds or if you do it yourself. If you do it yourself clean it before and after, even though they look clean I wouldn’t trust them, because remember when you tan ,you do it naked!

let me tell you that you have made a smart decision to Tann indoors because that's the best way to Tann and anyways yea cirtin lay down beds can be small but once you close your eyes it will be better trust me i was scared the ffrist time to. also most tanning slaons have and opition weather you wanna tann in a bed or a stand up. also tanning in doors is way better and its relaxing . try it a few times and i promise you will like it. also heres an indoor tanning tip dont use any oil in the tanning bed because it doesent alow for the uv light to get in i sugest buying an indoor loation from the tanning salon that you chose.

well it depends if you are standing up or laying down it is like having a mist sprayed on you (do not taste the mist it is nasty).
when you come out you wont be tanned all the way but give it a day you will start to appear bronze. just dont stay in it too long

It is like laying in a coffin. Tried it once and hated it. I am claustrophobic as well.
