Yes, obviously I know what one is. That's why I'm miffed that no one else seems to know. What I really want to know is which insert is the best. I'm buying one for someone as a gift.

No idea, I would guess it's when you hold a flashlight up to a fake boob and you can see the bag inside. Why do people get fake boobs? It's so unnatural.
