My husband had a huge on his chin and had it removed. Some prescribed products do wonders, so I suggest that you get a hold of dematologist. If not, use Maderma!

I had a scar on my chin and my Dr. just told me to use aloe vera and vitamin E cream. It took the scar about 5 weeks to be unnoticable. Goodluck

no, i had one on my chest though, and they did a biobisy where they just scrapped it off to test it for cancer. It is completley gone, and they later wanted to cut a chunck of the skin to be sure of no cancer forming, i have not has this done, but just with the biopsy( shaving it off in a way) it is comptely gone, so if yours is for cosmetic reasons you want it off, go for that... leaves almost no scar what so ever.
