Nope, because it's federal law that all employers must take out social security tax......no matter what. Sorry, you'll have to pay just like the rest of us.

There is an application that you can fill out 'secede' yourself from the government.
Otherwise, the only way to get out of paying for social security is not apply for the card in the first place. When you apply for the card, you enter into an agreement/contract with the USA to work and pay taxes (pay the taxes they decide - yeah)

But social security is a tax, not an investment. Per the government it is a tax. But there is no right or entitlement to collect benefits.
