When I first became pregnant the vaginal-ultrasound measured the sac at 4wks 4days. Then a couple wks later another measured the embryo at 7wks 4days, about 1week and a few days off. Which one is most accurate?

It will get more accurate as the baby ages. I'd go with the most recent one, but don't be surprised if it changes a few more times.

usually, the sooner it is done, the more accurate it is. That is so close together, though, that I am not completely sure. I know first trimester ultrasounds are more accurate than second or third. I would ask the dr to be sure, and until then, I would go with the later date. It is no fun now, but when you are 40 weeks pregnant like me, you will wish you had gone with the one further away, and if the baby gets here sooner than that, it is waaaayyy better! I wish I had gone with the later date so my baby would be early and not late!

I would always go with the first one! The further along you get the more off those measurements can be, babies grow in spurts!

Usually the earlier the scan is done the more accurate it is, so I would go by the first one.

You've still got a while so just randomly pick one. When it's closer to the actual time, you'll know that it's been the gestation period +/- whatever
