If your insulting flagrant generalizations are actually accurate, then you're perfectly justified in making them.
If, however, you're just making things up or making unjustified generalizations, expect to be called on it.

That sentence does not even make sense. No one should be insulting each other or inciting anyone. Just be respectful of other people and their right to a different opinion.
