"Northern Exposure." I saw every one of them, in order, on reruns.

I don't think I can name a single all time favorite TV show. There have been so many over the years. Some of my favorites have been:
St. Elsewhere, Hill Street Blues, The Carol Burnett Show, Northern Exposure and, more recently, CSI (Las Vegas).
Of course I Love Lucy is, and shall always be, a classic.

I Love Lucy was great.
At the time they came out, I thought the original Star Trek and The Prisoner were really good. Now, watching old episodes of them, they seems so dated. (oops, showing my age)

That would depend on my age.
As a preschooler it was Sesame Street. As a young adult, it was probably Family Ties. In college, it was probably Beverly Hills, 90210. Today it's either Montel Williams, Nanny 911, or Forensic Files.
