Here is a REALLY wierd one.... organize your cards from 2-10, then jack, queen, king, ace (in other words, smallest to biggest) BUT, keep all the suits togehter. So you have all the hearts in 2-ace order. All the clubs in 2- ace order, etc...
Now you are ready. Take the top part of the deck and put it on the right of the bottom half and put in down. You now have 2 stacks of cards... Then put the bottom half ( on the left side) on top of the other stack. (Splitting the deck with a flourish, in otherwords).... Do this 13 times. Not 12, not 11. 13 times.
Then after the 13'th time you will have one stack again and you hold them face down and put them on the table on at a time. Face down you make 13 stacks. Like you are dealing out for 13 players, 13 stacks of one card. Then add another card to each stack. It is important that you put the cards down in order (when you have 13 cards down, you then start again putting the cards in the same oder (stack 1-13))... So when you are out of cards you have 13 stacks.
Turn each stack over and you will have one stackc of all the 2's, one stck of all the 3's... etc. It is freaky

Deal out 3 rows of 7 cards each
have someone choose a card (mentaly)
bring all the cards together in a deck (21cards)
Lay the cards down 1 at a time to make 3 rows
ask them what row thier card is in,pickup the
cards one row at a time,putting the row his card
is in - in the middle. Lay down the cards in rows
of 7 - twice more,asking each time what row his
card in in - after the 3rd time you row the cards
his card should be the 4th card in the center row.
