Buy a poster and a sheet of plastic film. Copy the pattern from the poster to the plastic sheet. Cut out the parts you want to paint and viola!

Blow one up on a copy machine.
See if a printing place will do it for you to make it really big (they may or maynot depending on copy rights)
Get the blown up copy printed on a tag board or cardstock... something thick! That should work!
