I think I can help you out. First, the most important thing about makeup is having a good skin care regimen. Whether or not your face is clean makes a huge difference in the way your makeup goes on and looks.
Skin care:
Cleanse
Exfoliate
Freshen/Tone
Moisturize
Makeup basics:
Foundation
Eye shadow
Eyeliner
Mascara
Cheek color
Lip Liner
Lipstick
Lip Gloss
A really good brush set!
To find out what colors can work for you, go here http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson/whatsnew/virtualmakeover/default.aspx?tab=whatsnew What you do is select the model that best represents your skin tone and eye color. Once you've chosen your model, it will give you a list of color combinations for your eyes, cheeks and lips that you mix and match to create a look that's right for you. Once you've done that, you'll want to check out the Application Tips section on the same website. It will give you step by step, detailed instructions on applying all of your makeup.
Hope all of this helps! =)

U first use the primer, then starting up, bronzer, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner and contained in the accurate mascara. I cant clarify right here the thanks to coach it yet youtube video clips make it really common. because you've blue eyes i d propose blue eyeliner and blue mascara it s common procedures to make em stand out extra. For something lighter , organic makeup seems continually large with brown, beige and white mixed :) Eyeliner is utilized as a very tight line on the eyelashed and also you'll upload a ''tail''. It fairly needs multiple training , it ll be complicated in the starting up. you in ordinary words line the accurate, usualy the bottom is both no longer lined both with white or a organic mild color to make your eye look more suitable. the bronzer is used after the starting up , on condition that you want to look extra tanned , or your starting up is too mild evaluating on your pores and skin color.

You should probably start with some very light eyeliner if you know how to put it on but start wiht something not dark and gradually make it darker as you start to wear makeup longer. You should use some light pink lipgloss with some shine or sparkle and some light pink blush on your cheeks and chin. And some tan, pink, or white eyeshadow. Thats what i started with but maybe you should minus the eye liner for now and maybe add a little mascara. Always use foundation before you put on make-up and wash your face before you go to bed and maybe use some face mask too. And dont over do your makeup it just looks bad.
Hope I helped!!

The basic are-Eye liner, eye shadow, lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, foundation, blush. Always put chap stick on before lipstick, then put lip gloss. Before everything put foundation. You could go to the make-up section at the mall and they will tell you what foundation matches with your skin color. Never over make-up. HOPES THIS HELPS!

Remember not to put on to much if you are dark complected natural earth tones look more appealing. Use three colors of eyeshadow darkest color on the brow bone, lightest close to eye brows and middle shade on the lid. always put on mascara after the eyeshadow if not the powder will stick to your lashes. eyeliner you will have to learn yourself it takes practice. and I uses a little Powder to cover up blimishes but make sure that you have the right color and becareful when putting it on apply evenly and check for make up lines.

Lip gloss with a little color is a great start.
later add blush...not to dark, subtle pink or peach.
then maybe add shadow - stick with earthy tones (I actually just use my blush and a little brown)
And a little mascara if you need it.
Please don't over do it....don't try to look like the magazines...they cake that crap on. Natural is best--you are only trying to enhance your natural beauty.

Go to Nrodstroms, they want your business so much they give tons of free samples and will walk you through it. Bronzer, eye make up and lip gloss are the most important and make the biggest impression on people.

You start with the basics. A clean face, then always, always use a moisturizer. Try and accent your "best feature". If your eyes are small and close in, try a bit of eyeliner to accent and bring them out.

Go to your nearest shopping mall and go to a good makeup counter like Lancome, and ask for a makeover. They will recommend what is best for you.
