I need to find cheap, but good quality baby items for a friend who cant afford to spend big money on stuff like strollers, crib, seats, high chairs, etc.

best thing to do is go to garage sales in your area that are offering baby items, they usually go for alot less than new, I just had a garage sale last weekend and sold my swing (almost new for 30, high chair (10), walker(8), bassinet(25). And tons of baby clothes (I still have alot left over too)

Best thing to do is get a newspaper for your area and mark those that have baby items and go early on the first day of the sale and buy then, if you aren't early it'll be gone. The bassinet went over an hour before the sale started, and everything else was gone within a couple of hours.

I know you asked for internet, and ebay would be a choice but you'll spend alot on shipping costs, your best bet would be garage sales, newpaper ads, or consignment shops.
Good Luck

A really nice thing that you can do for your friend, is to throw her a baby shower. This can help out with getting some new things for the new baby! Have her set up a baby registry at Target. Target rules! And invite her friends and family. Those that understand her position, would be more than happy to help out and get the new baby some new things!

Everyone else has said some great things.

Good luck!

Try Ebay.com, yahoo auctions, type in Second Hand Baby items in a search engine and you should find some baby online auction sites and second hand stores.

Email me for more information if you need help. Good luck.

The best place online is ebay. You can also try your local garage sales, Salvation Army or Goowill thrift stores.
