Ya, you should listen to what everyone else says. But if you really do want to lose some weight (emphasized word on some) then go jogging for 30 min. everyday. Be sure to go slowly so you can breath fairly normal (oxygen is need to loose fat weight). You could also try eating less fatty foods. For track we had to do the jogging to help us and a lot of people lost about 6 lbs. a month or more. But remember not to go overboard w/ exercise and dieting.

keep eating healthy foods everyday. If you eat alot then like dont eat so much like cut your eating habit down but eat healthy foods stick to fruits and your vegetables but you need to have protein in your system it gives you energy so eat like peanut butter but just be really careful because being real skinny is not that attractive and you are at perfect weight for height. Oh and exercise its healthy and it wil help too.

Your fine the way you are.I'm skinny 14 5ft2 and
weigh 112.
sometime just because you are a lot of pounds it does not show.
but if you still want to lose weight just remember that neither eating healthy of exercising alone will do ANYTHING,you have to do both

It really doesn't seem like you need to lose weight, but my advice is to drink A TON of water, and do crunchs. Whatever you do, don't go on any crazy diets or anything, just try to eat healthier.

Gril she is pretty but she aint all that and she weights more than 100 pounds even if she doesnt look like it please dont lose weight be you not hannah montana or miley cyrus. Please you are already to skinny you will be 55 pounds thats not healthy.

You don't need to loose weight. Your at a perfect weight for you age and height. Just be yourself don't let any celebs try to influence how you feel about yourself... they are not what normal people look like.. not to sound mean ,but I'm sure you look perfect.

a hundred pounds is about perfect for someone who is 5' tall. It's hard to say for someone who is 13 but an adult they recommend something like 105 for that height.
