There is a theory that boy sperm are faster and weaker and girl sperm are stronger and slower. If you try to conceive before you ovulate, like 2.5 or 3 days before, then the male sperm will die off before the egg gets there and the female sperm will still be there. If you try to conceive on or after you ovulate, then the male sperm will beat the females there.
I have also heard that the rear-entry position is supposedly best for couple wanting a boy and the missionary position for a girl.
Also, when a woman climaxed, the vagina becomes less acidic and more alkaline, which makes it easier for male sperm to survive.
For a girl, have sex when the moon is full, for a boy when there is a quarter moon. Because of the push and pull of the moon's electromagnetic field.
Eating a diet rich in potassium if you want a boy or a diet that high in calcium and magnesium for a girl.

I've actually followed a theory called the Shettles Method to conceive a boy and am expecting a son in October. It states that if you prefer a girl, get together a few days before ovulation because the female sperm live longer. If you prefer a boy, get together as close to ovulation as possible because the male sperm die faster. I also bought an ovulation kit to pin point my day of ovulation which helped as well. For a boy, you need to have self control because they advise that the husband/boyfriend not ejaculate at all within 3-4 days of your ovulation. Good luck!

Sperm are either X - - will create a male or Y - will create a female when joined with a woman's egg (which are always X). There is some research that the X-sperm are less strong/worse "swimmers" so ejaculation very deep in the vagina MAY increase likelihood of a boy - conversely shallowly as possible MAY increase a girl.
No guarantees!!

I think it's just luck, but I've heard that if you have sex the actual day you're ovulating you have a better chance of a boy.
Male sperm swim faster, but they also die faster. The theory is if you do it that day, the male sperm will fertilize the egg. The days before or after, you'll get a girl because they're the only ones still living.
I'm not saying any of this is true, it's just theories I've heard.

There is nothing you can do to affect the sex of your child during intercourse. There are some labs where you can give a sperm sample and they will separate the ones which will be boys and the ones that will be girls. I've also heard that guys who play sports are more likely to have daughters.

It's just the luck of the draw...there isn't a certain way to have sex to make it a boy or girl. They do have new medical procedures that will let you choose. It cost about $19,000 though...my aunt wants a boy really REALLY bad, so they are going to pay to do this...I'd be happy either way if it were me, as long as it's healthy :)

It sounds from your question that you want to know if you can put makeup and girls clothes on a boy to "make him over" to be a girl, during sex?
And then have a party where everyone brings their own meal?
I don't think that's a good idea.

Well they say male sperm is stronger then female sperm, but female sperm lives longer. I propped my hips up and once even did a head stand while trying to conceive. I ended up with 3 girls! Good Luck

Female sperm are faster and male sperm are slower, read in How to Determin the Sex of your baby. In all honesty I think we should be happy with what the Lord blesses us with.
