I am a chemistry teacher and I am not comfortable telling someone how to do this for any reason.

1. sleeper hold.
2. have them seated and hunched over. tell them to breath in really heavily like 7-8 times. on the last time have them sit up straight while you choke them.
3. grab from behind placing your forearm underneath their chin and pull.

Why in the world would you want to do that??? Unless you are a physician (in which case you already know the answer), then making someone pass out would probably be illegal unless it was self-defense.
