Ohio revised code regulates crimes.
1. Drug dealers are covered by § 2925.03 (Trafficking in drugs) [1]
The punishments vary A LOT depending on a lot of factors, such as the type and quantities of the drugs, being close to school zone, etc, etc, read the actual act for detail.
In general trafficking in drugs is a felony of either fifth, fourth, third, while aggravated trafficking in drugs is a felony of second degree, in some case it can even be 1st.
2. Rape is defined by § 2907.02 (Rape.)[2]
rape is ALWAYS a 1st degree felony.

So in general rape will punished more then selling a toke of weed, but POTENTIALLY can be punished as much if you sell crack in bulk and in a school zone.
