I sell Avon, and I am also a beauty consultant. We (meaning Avon) have just introduced the new True color eyeshadow quads. These are specifically designed for certain eye colors. The one that would best fit you is called Oh baby! Blue. It is 4 different eyeshadow colors (2 shades of blue, 2 shades of brown), it comes with a Glimmerstix eyeliner in Starry night blue, and a mascara in Brown/ Black. The cost for all of this is on $9.99!!!! I would recomend you try it out. I use the Envy me green set on myself, and I love it!!!!! Remember that blue intensifies blue, and brown pops it, so you get the professional look at a fraction of the price.

do not bypass to darkish it seems harsh, follow delicate brown color of eyeliner, use black mascara although. Eyeshadow must be very mild, purely above the eyeliner. Then use delicate brown colorations ,purely above that extending from the nostril part out ward, following the interest socket bone. Above that commence going with a softer a lot lighter color, up lower than the forehead, you should use a colour of medium brown shadow lower than the eyes, use a skinny brush to coach, and do a smudge to soften it. Black mascara on the decrease lashes, after liner, and shadows, were utilized. Black eyeliner can look like magic marker even on those with black hair. strong success purely remember practice makes perfect.

i worked as a make up artist, and i too have blonde hair and blue eyes. colors that always look amazing on eyes like ours are gold, reds, and purples. those colors really make our eyes pop because they are a big contrast from blue. i try to stay away from cool colors like blues, grays, and black unless my skin is tan. when it is, one of my favorite things to do is put a bright blue shimmery loose eyeshadow on my lower lashline. it makes your eyes look even bluer. also, go for dark brown or black/brown mascara so you dont look too washed out if youre not tan at the time. hope this helps!

a brown or a deep purple eyeliner will enhance your eyes. As for eyeshadows, if you want to keep it nutral, soft browns, dusty rose pinks. For more glam, try gold or bronze shades but mix other fun colors for different looks.

Go check out some of the makeup/hair sections in magazines like Seventeen or CosmoGirl, they have pretty good advices(since I can't remember what colors of makeup match your eyes and hair since I have brown eyes and black hair, sorry ^_^). Consider your skin color as well when applying makeup.

Depends on your skin tone. If your tan you can do spring colors and then black eye line. If your more pale then browns and green and blues with black eye liner.
