Generally, you call a school that trains students in marriage counseling. You will be assigned an advanced student. The student pays to be supervised by an experienced therapist, so you'll get input into your problem from an experienced person without paying for it.
When you ask to be assigned, ask for a student near the top of the class who has strong empathy skills.
