I would not hire a black man because SOMEWHERE hes got a ghetto cousin that knows he works in jewelry. No mexicans. No exceptions. Maybe a middle eastern person because they can be good with business, but you gotta watch em. So most likely a white person.

I don't think you could ever get 4 identical people together like that. WHat you really wanted to know is would you hire any of those minorities in your jewelry store. Right. I think you are looking for racist info...
I would then hire the person that fits into the dynamics of the store.

well, it depends on where the store is located. Unfortuanately it makes a difference. If I were in a city I would pick the hottest, sexiest one. If it were in a small town, I would probably pick the race that is the majority in that city. Business is business, you have to pick a Black man if there are more black people b/c there are racist our there. In my mom's town I would pick a caucasion b/c I wouldn't get any business if I chose any other. In my town, I deffinately pick the sexiest. Just another form bigitry ;)

You know this is simply a question to figure out who is racist...
If they ALL have the same interview quailities and qualifications there is no way to figure out who to hire. HOWEVER you never mention their people skills, so maybe do I trial run and see who is best with the customers and so forth

If everyone had the same qualifications and the same interview qualities, (I take it you are talking about speech, personality, and so forth) I would take all four applications, close my eyes, mix them up and pick one. Then I would call them and tell them they had the job. I care nothing for the color of people's skin, their religious beliefs, sexual preferences, male or female, or race. To me we are ALL part of the human race. Each and every one.

I would choose the one that I got the best vibe from. It's as simple as that. If you got a bad feeling from that person even though they nailed the interview questions & have plenty of experience then you shouldn't pick them. However, you should pick the one that you felt the most comfortable with.

I would hire the person whose personality agreed most with mine since all other qualifications are equal.
