Are you from the United States, you did not say. If you are then it would probably be best that knew Alaska is one of our states. If not the the United States would issue the visa.

If you are from the United States you do not need a Visa to enter Alaska sicne Alaska is one of the 50 States in the Union.

Also you do not need a Passport or Visa to visit a United States Territory.

That entirely depends on what country you're from. The USA will issue the visa, since Alaska is one of those united states the name refers to, but whether or not you need it depends on where you're from.

I'm gonna go with the USA as the issuing nation, cuz, you know, it's one of the 50 states. That's just me though.

you don't have to if you're a US citizen. if you aren't then, you will ahve to go through the US government.
