Sounds like they scanned another customer's item on your bill. I'm sure they'd refund your money. Once, I bought a 35.00 item and got home and didn't have it. Long story short, they did replace the item. I had to convince them, though, that I wasn't just trying to con them. Would I really come out here on a beautiful day and stand in line for 1 hour? - no. We all have better things to do.
