The only one that I know of is a medical transcriptionist, and you have to go to school for that.

Her limitations are going to keep her from a lot of legitimate home jobs. A lot of them are party plans (Tupperware, Avon, etc) and would require her to do parties occasionally. It's a fun way to make some extra money but you don't make a whole lot.

Daycare is another option (but being pregnant would be a deterent because she would need to take some time off to actually give birth).

If she can type and you have access to a home computer, she (or you) could look up several internet sites that hire at-home typists HOWEVER these are "on-call" or as needed and don't provide a steady paycheck.

Honestly, ebay is a great way to make some extra money. Keep your eyes open in your area at garage sales, estate sales, etc or just go through some of your own things and re-sell them on ebay. Outgrown clothing, shoes, pet supplies, etc. It's all there. And it's something that takes minimal effort on her part other than monitoring the sales and shipping them out.

You need to do a search for home based jobs but if she is having some complications, let the woman rest and you go to work and take care of things till after the baby and she gets back on her feet.

I only thing I can tell you is I am a mortgage broker and I just had a baby. I had to work and I was really tired. I ate fruit all day and I had it set up so i could take naps at work. Most of the time the tiredness goes away a bit and it is not so bad. I hope you find something.

She might like Discovery Toys. Discovery Toys has been around for almost 30 years. They have a life time warrenty on all of their toys and all the toys are educational. I am a consultant with Discovery Toys and it's great because they give you the chance to get your money back from you intro kit. You try it for 3 months and if you don't like it you haven't lost any money and you get to keep all the toys. The web site is www.discoverytoysinc.com .
