i hate when guys say your hot!!! its pretty annoying..why do guys do that? why not say shes "beatiful" or "goregous"?

That's how guys express themselves. HOT for them is awesome, gorgeous, beautiful all in one word.
I asked my guy friend and he says that its really just more manly to say that and fagetty to say your beautiful.
So as long as they say it to you its all good.
If it really annoys you, you can tell them how you feel about the word "HOT".

Because their tiny mind can't seem to comprehend big words such as 'goregous' or 'beautiful'
HOWEVER the guys who would say that are usually admiring you from afar and will probably never say it to you, just say it to their buddies and in their minds.
But their are a couple of good guys out there who really will say it to you.

When guys say your hot! They are probably not really thinking with their heads! I'm sure they meant to tell you are beautiful if they knew you hated the word [hot]
but guys say what they think woman want to hear unless we tell them what we like or dislikes.

If a guy tells you you're hot, they are just after you because of you looks. A guy will only tell you you're beautiful or gorgeous if he likes you or loves you. Like there are many guys who have told me that I was hot because they just meant me or wanted a piece of action (which i never gave them). But my boyfriend of almost a year never calls me hot. He calls me "beautiful", "cute" or "pretty". He only calls me "hot' or "sexy" when we're doing the dirty deed.

I don't think it is right to have a guy say you are hot or not. I think it is just rude. I hope one day to find a guy who doesn't say that he says beautiful. It just sounds more better when a guy says you are beautiful. To me at least.

maybe they just dont think bcuz well...they're dumb. they think we want to be called hot when we really want to be told were beautiful, gorgeous or even just pretty. It's nice to be told your hott because it lets you know your not just being un noticed or not pretty but still they should tell us we're beautiful instead of hott lol

They feel that this somehow makes them more current and up to the minute with they're slang---they do it because they think that it makes them HOT to do so

its less embarassing to call someone hot because theres less connection with the word...its used all the time now.
someone who really cares will say youre beautiful....
