it is about the future where a virus breaks out and a guy from the future is sent back in time to stop it from spreading
but the thing about it is that no matter how hard you try, time will determine the same outcome over and over again
so he is from the future to warn the people of the past but the outcome did not happen so he has to find the 12 monkeys, a animal rights group or some orginization.
He finds the virus but has no time to stop it so he ends up repeating time and history again.

12 Monkeys is a big conspiracy theory movie about whether or not this organization, called the 12 Monkeys, is involved in a big "end of the world" type activity. The catch though, is that the one guy that can stop them is crazy, or at least, that what everyone else thinks.

Well, theres this guy (bruce willis) who says he comes from the future and has got to stop an outbreak caused by the scape of 12 monkeys. The point is, other than that the guy is amnesiac and we dont know till the very end of the movie if he is really crazy or telling the truth...

i agree u have to see it it's very odd and that's not saying much u may have to watch it twice like i did to understand and go to the bathroom before u watch it becuse if u miss any of it yor lost for the rest of the flim trust me on this i know lol
