Not sure why you feel like you are feeling, but I'll try to help you... First try eating a light snack of soothing food. By soothing food, I mean a food that comforts you, what ever it may be. We all have comfort foods. Sip on a cup of hot herbal tea or coffee. Calm down before you tackle your confused feeling. Once your calmed down, write down what has you feeling confused. Then write the pros and cons for both sides of what you are confused about. Talking to someone also can help alot. Getting an out side look at the situation can give you a different out look on it as well. What ever it is that has you feeling confused, in the end you will have to pick something. Don't get overwhelmed if you can not figure it all out in one setting, you may need to break from it and do something you enjoy. I hope I was of some help at least.... well first WHY? are you feeling this way. What trigger is causing the frustration? Eliminate the problem by either talking to some one about it (sometimes it helps to talk) or maybe a professional personal can help (like counselor, mental health therapist or psychiatry help) it all depends on where the problems lies. Same thing with the Confused part. But some ideas to calm down: take a walk (get some fresh air and sunshine), do relaxation exercises, journal your thoughts and feelings, paint a picture or something like that...but in anyway don't hurt your self or others.

First breathe in and count to three then breathe out and count to six. Do this three times or until you feel more calm. When you get home light candles, play soft music, and take a nice warm bubble bath. You'll feel much better.

It's summer time lighten up. If you do something be grateful and don,t second guess. Everyone is making wrong choices all the time. Thank God and pray for discernment. Reading the bible is a wonderful way to abide in wisdom. Know God loves you and hears all of your prayers.
