i have a sash that regens mana at 40% and a perfect skull regens at 19%. If i combine these two do i get 59% regen rate or does the game just pick the highest rate as ur mana regeneration?

Yes it does stack, but there are maximums. If you go to Google and type in Arreat Summit it will take you to a site full of information. You should be able to answer just about any question you have. Here is the link though too.

Yes mana regeneration does stack. If your a sorceress and you have the skill warmth and then you use that sash you will have just have to add all the mana regeneration together to find out how fast you regenerate.

Yes both of these stacks. This is the same with resistances. Like fire resistance can be stacked up to 75%. Pretty much everything stacks up to a certain point.
