At the last count there were 193 countries in the world of which about 44 were monarchies. Assuming that all the rest have presidents that leaves 149 countries with presidents.

Of course most of these presidents are merely non-executive heads of state with the prime-ministers usually having the real power. Only a few countries have US-style presidents in which one person acts as both head of state and head of government.

Poland, has a prime-minister and a president who are identical twins so they are unusual in the genetically speaking they have are the same person. Weird!
