Spiderman, because the symbiont affects the mind of whoever wears it, and prevents them from using their rational thought to the best of their ability. It would be a heck of a fight, but Spidey takes it because he is a thinking man's hero, and also because he knows what the symbiont is capable of doing.

Well, if you know the true extent of both charterer powers, I would think spider man would win. Spiderman can lift 10 tons, where as venom is not quite that strong. Plus Spiderman, has the heart of a hero, that underdog spirit who will never give up. So spiderman would win.

Spiderman has beaten Venom many, many, many, many, many times. But Venom has kicked Spidey's *** a few times too. I'll say 8 times out of 10, Spidey wins. Unfortunately.

Plus Spiderman has more experience and has "right" on his side!

Stupid question!! Spiderman has already fought Venom more times than I can count and he has pretty much won every time. If your going to ask a who would win questions don't use people the comics/cartoons & and soon to be movies have already answered for you.
