Oh dear God no contest Jimmy Carter is among the worst presidents of all time, literally. Bill Clinton was seriously lacking in charcter/scandel ladden, but he was a good politician, and passable on foreign policy, military force, & the economy. There are about four incedents I can look at and think he should have been shot for making those decisions that were massivily horrible for the US, but otherwise we didn't like him cause he was too good at what he did.

Jimmy Carter was a better man but a worse president (Just look at the mess that Ronald Reagan had to clean up) But Bill Clinton was a better president (not by much) but a much worse man.

Jimmy Carter was the one who protected 103 million acres of Alaska from the oil industries. But Clinton didn't do anything except sell military intel to China. I'm not sure who was worse. Carter in the home front, Clinton abroad.

Both were great. And anyone who thinks Carter was a bad president doesn't know American history but rather only repeating rhetoric.
Carter was manipulated into looking weak by Reagan before Reagan was president.
It's not my job to educate you but if you want to learn the truth, do some research on the Iran Contra scandal. Reagan should have went to prison for treason for going behind President Carter's back and making a deal with the Contras to have the hostages held until he was won the election.

bill Clinton is the fellow who presented us out the Recession after being pulled in by technique of the Republicans. i do not see the position Bush became a better physically powerful president than absolutely everyone i imagine he ought to rank an similar kind of his presidency order #40 3. Jimmy Carter became also an truly good guy I analyze him. i have not did to a lot analyze on Richard Nixon yet i understand he became an effective chief. you're purely throwing the individuals who helped Black ppl lower than the bus. John F Kennedy became an truly good president till someone shot him. let's talk about presidents like Warren G. Harding and Bush's Father.

Bad question, but I will answer. Carter was worse than Clinton, but both were better than any of the other Presidents since JFK. Clinton is probably the best since FDR.
Bush is third worst behind Andrew Jackson and Hoover. Jackson committed the genoside of the american indians in the most massive way, rivaling Hitler for body count, and Hoover was the worst economic President in history.

Bill Clinton. He was in there for two terms, and helped cause 9-11 by not catching Osama when he was right in front of him! Oh yeah, he was officially impeached. Jimmy Carter's heart was in the right place, he just didn't know what to do.

Jimmy Carter had a rough presidency because he inherited a real scandal (not an intern...repukes really need to get over monica...shes not even good looking). Nobody trusted anyone in government (sounds familiar).
Bush shouldn't be allowed to breath the same air as carter so you can't really compare the two.
